These are instructions for personal computers. Staff members using a Bayside-issued computer should submit a support ticket at staff.mybayside.church.
First, go to this link to download the correct driver: https://cscsupportftp.mykonicaminolta.com/DownloadFile/Download.ashx?fileversionid=32702&productid=1622
The printer is “Bizhub C554e”
- Once downloaded, click and open the zip file to get the Blue Folder
- Open the blue folder and install the package that looks like the one below
- Click Continue to go through the steps to install the driver.
- Once “Installed”, open your System Settings -> Top left & click the “Apple Icon”
- In the menu dropdown, “Select System Settings”
- Scroll down to “Printers & Scanners” & Click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax
- Click on the World icon as you see below & enter exactly what you see in the Picture.
- Address must be – 10.1.60.102
- At the “Use” dropdown, click the box and select “Software”
- Find the driver and select the one that says “Konica Minolta C554e PS”
- Your Window should now look like this - Click “Add”
- Then choose the settings you see below; you only need to change the first three dropdown menus.
- Click “OK,” & Now the Bayside College Printer should be installed.
- If you have any issues or questions, please open a ticket with Bayside IT at: https://staff.mybayside.church/log-in. Click this Support Button, and it will direct you to our Staff website to make a ticket. Then click on this same picture in the bottom right-hand corner. You do not need to log in to submit a support ticket.
