1. From your Brivo app, select the hamburger menu icon in the upper left corner.
2. Select "Create an Account" (If you already have an account, skip to step 11).
IMPORTANT: If it says "Create an Account" on your screen, you must create an account. Having a Brivo pass installed on your phone is not the same as having a Brivo account. If you see the blue button below, create the account.
3. Enter your information, then select "Sign Up".
4. When you see this screen, navigate to your email from your phone.
5. You should receive the email below. Click on the link.
6. Once you click the link, you should receive the following confirmation message at which point you can navigate back to your Brivo app.
8. Back in the Brivo app, you can now click "Go to Homepage".
9. If the "Introducing Brivio Wallet Pass" dialog box appears, select "Add to Wallet".
10. If you did not get a pop-up. Select the hamburger menu icon in the upper left corner.
11. Select your mobile pass.
12. Select "Add to Wallet".
12. Select "Add" (this screen may take a couple of moments to load).
🎉 Congratulations! You can now tap your phone on all upgraded Brivo readers without having to open your Brivo app.
