Because of the way that schedules are done, sometimes weeks ahead, the use of templates that were built months before, and the general wording that may be applied concerning who RSVPs go to in Services, it can sometimes be a little tricky to remove a staff member or volunteer who is no longer scheduling from RSVP responses. There are actually two places you need to check and edit when a scheduler leaves the team.
The first place to look is on the team list itself. If you have named this person no longer serving as a TEAM LEADER on your team list, you need to remove them when they leave. Just move your mouse all the way to the right of the person's name and click the red minus button.
The second place to look is on the Settings tab while still on the team page.
Look for the "Replies to:" section near the middle of the page. Here you see a specific person set for replies, which you can easily change using the drop-down. But often the "Current Scheduler" is set, and it is harder to really know who the system considers the current scheduler; the person who made the template, the person who scheduled the last 3 months on the plan, etc. You can certainly add the new scheduler as a team leader and then you can select that name. Or you can use all the team leaders, if the person who left has been removed.
Even if a staff member who left has had all access removed from PCO, this setting can still be active if you don't adjust in these two places. The good news is that if you fix Team Leaders and the Replies to setting, you shouldn't have any trouble with RSVPs going to the wrong person.
