Assuming that you have been tracking the leaders for your ministry on the Leadership tab in People, you can now pull them into a List. First, you go to the Lists page (1.) in People, and click on the New List button. (2.)
The new list will open. You start by adding a rule. (3.)
In this case, we are pulling information from People, and we need to access the Leadership TAB where we placed the leader or coach label for each individual.
Continue to select what you want to see on the Leadership tab - in this case Hospitality, and we want to see anyone who has Hospitality answered, whether leader or coach. And in most cases, we also want to see the leaders for one campus, so I can add a condition (6.), that in People the person's campus should be Lakewood Ranch.
As you are adding rules and conditions, the list name will keep getting longer and longer naming every condition and rule. So go up to the edit button for the title (4.) and rename the list so you know what the list is. Notice that there is an option in the first line of the rule (7). In this case you want the people who are listed to have Hospitality leadership AND be at Lakewood Ranch campus so you want all options to be true. Now that the rule is set, click Submit (5.) to find your people.
This list returned 47 leaders at Lakewood Ranch in Hospitality. But I don't know whether they are leaders, coaches, or lead coaches. This is information that I can have. You need to use the "Select columns" button (8.) on the top right, 2nd from the end. The options below appear when you click on the columns button.
Change the drop-down selection from Personal info to Leadership. (9.) Then you can select your ministry to view. (10.) With these selections, instead of just seeing the name, email and phone, you can now view the leadership.
Inactive Leaders
If you want to find your former leaders or former coaches and lead coaches, you just need to tweak the conditions a bit. Instead of asking for the Hospitality field on the Leadership tab, you choose "Inactive Coach" or "Inactive Leader" and then choose which ministry area you want to see by using the checkboxes.
On the results page, you can use the Select columns button to view the additional info you want to see.
